Fairly Traded Products for You and Me

The one eyed turtle finds in his search that happiness does not suddenly come to him, it must be derived from within.  In my search, like his or hers,  I have found the human spirit to be resilient and in seeking joy one can surely stumble upon harmony and peace in creativity. 

Notice that on the back of the turtle is a lotus, the perfect flower.  So the turtle was part of “perfection” all the time and did not know it. 

Several years ago I discovered the beauty of fair trade and the satisfaction that supporting these many groups. In my search for unique and affordable products I have found many artisans here in the US and in many parts of the world.

All of the products are made by hand and quite often the artisans are adhering to strong cultural traditions and are very proud to share their beautiful items with the rest of the world.
