Several years ago I discovered the beauty of fair trade and the satisfaction that supporting these many groups. In my search for unique and affordable products I have found many artisans here in the US and in many parts of the world.

   All of the products are made by hand and quite often the artisans are adhering to strong cultural traditions and are very proud to share their beautiful items with the rest of the world.
  
   The soaps and creams are also made by hand in small batches and many contain organic and simple healthy ingredients.

    As you may know, fair trade indicates that the artisan is paid a fair price for their product, no child labor is used, there is gender equality, sustainability of income for the artisan and wise use of natural resources.

    I have carefully researched every group and selected items that I think you will like as well as me.  You can contact me at any time if you know of an artisan group that I may have missed and fit in to my selection.  See for yourself the wonderful items that I have chosen--with a little help from my family and friends.
